Foodisiak ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Foodisiak mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a unique provider identifier; we do not receive your social account password. Apple may provide you with a private relay email address that forwards to your real address — we treat this as your account email.

Location data: With your permission, we collect your device's location to show nearby restaurants, events, and relevant content. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

Photos and camera: If you choose to attach a photo to a review, profile picture, or support chat message, we access your photo library or camera only at that moment, and only the photos you select are uploaded.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, such as pages visited, searches, favorites, and ratings you submit.

Reservation and order data: When you make a reservation or place an order, we collect the details necessary to fulfill that request.

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry best practices to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
